Currently responsible for producing live stage shows and interactive events for every Saturday home game.
Performances have included Dora the Explorer and Go, Diego, Go, Doodlebops, Kids' CBC, High School Musical,
Canadian Idol Anthem Competition, Banana's in Pyjamas, The Fairly Odd Parents, Snoopy Live and more.
Produces, manages and choreographs J Force (promotional team and break dancers) and Ace's Jr Jays
(Hip Hop and Acrobatic team) both in-stadium and at a variety of events in the community.
Creative consultant to the Club and Marketing Department. Responsible for hiring and managing approximately
60 people each season including casting Ace's Jr Jays, J Force, Mascot, In Game Host and Jr Jays staff.
Primary person responsible for talent agreements and contracting, production of costumes, associated
marketing materials, related administration and budgeting

Produced Fall Entourage Tour 2002, East Coast Tour 2003 and Urban Sweat Tour 2004
Responsible for planning all elelments of the tours each year to Ottawa, Calgary, Winnipeg, Vancouver and Toronto.
DanceFuzion is a dance convention company employing top choreographers from Canada and the US who tour the
country teaching master classes to groups of up to 100 students in each city. In addition Jen taught master classes in Musical Theatre Dance , Jazz and Hip Hop at the conventions along side Clarence Ford, Rhonda Roberts,
Ted Banfalvi, Terri Beeman, Jeff Amsden, Danny Austin, David Connolly and many others.
