For those who know Bruce, no description is necessary.

For those who don't, none will properly suffice.

Daniel has been in this business as long as he can remember. Growing up, Daniel started working professionally at eight years old, and then continued his education at Sheridan College in their Music Theatre Performance Program. Upon graduation, Daniel found himself moving behind the scenes; directing and producing his own work, teaching theatre, and in casting, which lead him to The Talent House.

Daniel oversees both the On Camera and Youth divisions at The Talent House, and is known for his ability to develop new and undiscovered talent. He prides himself on a busy and diverse roster of talent, whose credits span top Network, Cable and Streaming Platforms, both nationally, and internationally. On top of negotiating contracts and talking shop with clients, Daniel can be found as a panelist at a variety of secondary and post-secondary training programs, and oversees the Industry portfolio for TAMAC.

When he’s not at an opening, or an event, Daniel can be found photographing street art, or cheering on the Blue Jays.

Geoff began his creative career working both onstage and off.  His schooling includes both Sheridan's Performing Arts program and St. Lawrence College’s Musical Theatre program.

After working closely with the Billy’s in the Mirvish production of Billy Elliott, Geoff transitioned into the world of agenting. He is proud to say he has spent over 8 years doing just that. He currently heads the Canadian theatre department as well as all International theatre projects. He is proud to say that Talent House clients are being celebrated across the globe. He has worked on projects including many Broadway shows and Debuts,  National tours, European tours, sit downs, cruise ships and of course countless productions in our beautiful theatres all across Canada, and the world.

If he is not in a theatre, you will most likely find him in the kitchen. He is an avid baker and cupcake designer.

Erika made her professional stage debut in the Children’s Chorus of Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Elgin Theatre. Who knew years later she would join The Talent House and rep so many of the incredible artists she worked with in that show!

A proud graduate of the University of Waterloo and the Musical Theatre - Performance program at Sheridan College, Erika worked professionally across Ontario and on tour in the US before taking a break and accepting a corporate job in NYC. While in NYC Erika assisted various casting directors during pilot season and began to realize that she felt more at home, and more useful, being on the ‘other side of the table’. A few years later, back in Toronto, she was lucky to gain more experience assisting a casting house before joining the Talent House team.

Although a theatre junkie and Theatre Department groupie, Erika is passionate about building a stellar commercial department and helping our clients achieve their goals. She can usually be found curled up with a good book, watching a good documentary or listening to a good podcast. Doing all of those things on a sunny beach is also always top of mind.

Rachael grew up in the Theatre world and at The Talent House. She has travelled across Canada, US and the Globe to attend the theatre year whole live and has always had a love for musicals and plays! Upon finishing University where she studied business and marketing, she became a successful Sales Rep for a large book printing company. Last year she returned home to The Talent House and now is overseeing the Creatives department working with directors, choreographers, music directors and designers while continuing to work with our performers.

Rachael is also a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist and teaches others to be the same.  If she is not at the theatre or enjoying essential oils, she is hanging with her two kids and hubby; by the fire (winter), the pool (summer) or reading a book (all year long!)

David graduated from The University of Western Ontario with a major in Business Management Organizational Studies, specializing in Accounting. After exploring the world of finance, David realized that his true calling had always been in the theatre.

David interned for both 101 Productions Ltd. and Richards/Climan, Inc., two Broadway General Management offices in New York City. Favourite credits include: An American in Paris (Broadway), Hedwig and The Angry Inch (Broadway Revival), Dear Evan Hansen (Off-Broadway), Fiddler on the Roof (Broadway Revival starring Danny Burstein) and China Doll (starring Al Pacino). Most recently, David was working for Teatro Proscenium Limited Partnership, where he was working with Creative Producer, Garth Drabinsky as his resident Company Manager/Marketing Consultant on both the world premieres of SOUSATZKA (starring Victoria Clark and Judy Kaye) and PARADISE SQUARE.

When not reading and watching everything theatre, David can be found at SoulCycle or eating at The Cheesecake Factory. He is excited to watch clients achieve their life goals and be a small fraction of the puzzle.
